It’s a good question - We would like to address some ladies health issues; to begin with we’re introducing re-useable sanitary pads, being made locally, providing skills, much needed work and small enterprise.
In the UK and Canada people are busily sewing MiPads to be given to young ladies and women, unable to afford disposable pads.
Martha’s inspiration, persevere and dream birthed MiPad, assisting ladies in need, in memory of Martha, a devoted lady with big dreams! “Martha’s Makers” initiated by Linda Stone (a lady who caught the dream) are already beavering away in Southborough, Kent. If you would like to get involved by sending a donation to fund MiPad being made, or make some to post to Mombasa, just let us know and we will get you on the team!
