In 2004, we opened the only school within our locality offering free education. Today we have around 600 students from age 4 to 18 years

 

This year is our 20th Anniversary and to celebrate we aim to replace our original desks & chairs that have seen better days! In January we managed to buy 40 sets. That’s a new desk & chair for 1 Class in High School

 

A local supplier is custom building our desks & chairs from sustainable mvule wood so that they won’t get eaten by insects. This helps our community by providing work for local craftsmen - some might even have children in our school

 

A desk & chair set costs £80/$150, a full class costs £3,200/$5600
