Repaint. Renew. Reimagine.
As we walk through the school grounds, we are met by walls that have quietly served us for years—now faded, chipped, and worn by time. These buildings have sheltered countless lessons, stories, and dreams. But today, they’re tired. What they need is not just paint or a bag of cement, but renewal—a chance to reflect the brightness of the children they house.
A fresh coat and a bag of cement would breathe life back into our learning spaces, making them more welcoming, safe, and inspiring. With your support, we can repaint, restore, and reimagine these classrooms—not only to improve how they look, but to show every child that they matter, and that their environment reflects the hope we see in them.
Taps Are Dry, But Hearts Still Believe
Water is life — and here at Tumaini, it’s the one thing we’re still reaching for. For now, we depend on buying clean water, the only way to keep the school running. It’s costly — sometimes beyond what we can manage — and even then, it’s not always enough.
We have taken steps toward a solution. We dug a well, holding on to the hope that fresh and clean water would follow. But what we found was salty and unsafe — not water our children could drink, or that our kitchen could use to prepare meals.
Now, we are exploring ways to turn this challenge into an opportunity. We are looking into getting a filtration machine — one that can transform the salty water from our well into safe, fresh water. It’s a bold step, but one that could change everything for our school.
We believe in a day when fresh water will flow from our taps, bringing not only relief, but renewed energy, learning, and life. We may experience water challenges — but not the will to keep going. And with your help, change can begin to flow.
