5.1 Only staff and volunteers who require access for administrative purposes can view your data.

5.2 We may share information with legal bodies (e.g. HMRC for Gift Aid), where legally required.

6.1 When sponsoring a child or engaging in overseas projects, we may share relevant data (e.g., name and address) with international offices. These may be in countries without the same data protections as the UK. We ensure only minimal and necessary data is shared securely.
