💖 Female Hygiene: Dignity for Every Girl

For many girls in underserved communities, menstruation is not only a personal challenge — it becomes a barrier to education, self-esteem, and opportunity. At Education for Life, we are committed to changing this narrative.

Our Female Hygiene Project equips schoolgirls with reusable sanitary kits and provides vital education on menstrual health. Beyond just distributing supplies, we focus on empowering girls with knowledge, confidence, and pride in their bodies.

Each kit includes reusable pads, underwear, soap, and a waterproof pouch — created in collaboration with local women-led groups. Our sessions also address taboos, body confidence, and self-care, fostering safe and open dialogue in schools.

This project is not just about hygiene — it’s about giving girls the tools to stay in school, dream big, and thrive with dignity.
