Our Form IV Agriculture students had a chance to learn first hand about dairy farming at the coast. Our local farm has around 45 Jersey cows producing very creamy milk! It’s an amazing place, different grasses are grown as feed to produce high quality milk. Nothing goes to waste as Bio Gas is produced to make electricity and to pasturise the milk. I think the tasting session at the end of the tour gave our students a taste of heaven. Xx Glyn & Jane.
